We firmly believe in the cash-first process and the importance of people improving their financial situation to avoid relying on food bank support.

We are delighted to have received funding from the Energy Industry Voluntary Redress Scheme to enable us to develop a new energy advice service. Now launched, we are able to help with general energy saving advice, help with managing fuel debt, heating system demonstrations, help with accessing financial support, and accessing energy grants and funding.
The service is free, confidential, and independent. From July 2025 to March 2026 the service has supported 270 people, issued 90 emergency fuel vouchers, and provided a total of £18,883 in energy voucher support.
